By accepting this warranty, you acknowledge that Valley View Electric stands behind the
quality of its work and products, ensuring that any defects or issues will be addressed promptly
and efficiently.
WARRANTY POLICY — THE BASICS
II. Coverage Period
The coverage period for this warranty begins on the date of completion of the electrical
installation, repair, or purchase of equipment, and lasts for 30 Days.
During this period, Valley View Electric will provide coverage for any defects or issues that
arise because of our workmanship, or the quality of the products used.
III. Coverage Details
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for electrical installations, repairs, or
equipment provided by Valley View Electric. It does not cover damage caused by misuse,
neglect, or acts of nature.
Valley View Electric will repair or replace any faulty components at no additional cost to you,
ensuring that your electrical system remains safe and functional.
IV. Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components.
Valley View Electric not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, or damage caused by
improper installation or modifications made by third parties.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
In the event that you need to make a claim under this warranty, please contact us at
services@valleyviewelect.com or 480-387-8332. Our team will work with you to resolve the
issue as quickly as possible.
VI. Owner's Responsibilities
As the owner of the electrical system or equipment covered by this warranty, you are responsible
for maintaining it in good working condition. This includes following any care instructions
provided by Valley View Electric and scheduling regular inspections.
If you suspect a defect or issue, it is your responsibility to notify Valley View Electric promptly
to prevent further damage or safety hazards.
VII. Transferability
This warranty is transferable to a new owner in the event of the sale of the property or equipment
covered by the warranty. To transfer the warranty, please contact Valley View Electric with the
new owner's information.
A nominal fee may be required to transfer the warranty to ensure that the new owner is aware of
the terms and conditions.
VIII. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes or claims arising
under this warranty will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Arizona
IX. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute or claim under this warranty, we encourage you to contact Valley View
Electric first to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the
parties may pursue alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or arbitration.
X. Miscellaneous Terms
This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between you as the owner and contact Valley
View Electric regarding the coverage provided for electrical installations, repairs, or equipment.
Any changes or modifications to this warranty must be made in writing and signed by both
parties.
